Legionella Bacteria Prevention
Among the many steps involved in dealing with Legionella, the first and foremost is understanding & recognizing the problem. There have been a number of recent outbreaks of the Legionella bacteria in several parts of North America. The process to deal with such issues includes identifying the source, containing the bacterial outbreak and then keeping an eye on future cooling tower contamination. During the process of bacterial control, HCTS carries out Legionella risk assessments to identify what threats exist in your cooling tower system. From there, we proceed to conduct cooling tower cleanings aimed at reducing the present contamination.
